Shipping Policy

At WHYCLUB, we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and smoothly. This page explains our shipping process, delivery time, and shipping rates.

All orders are shipped through JNT.

Order Processing

All orders will be prepared within 1–3 working days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 5-7 working days

• Sabah & Sarawak: 6-10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods such as launches and sales.

Shipping Fees

Peninsular Malaysia: RM10

Sabah & Sarawak: RM15

Track Your Order

After your parcel has been shipped, your tracking details will be sent through email or message.

You may use the tracking number provided to check your parcel’s delivery status.
